Voting Question: How many years of rotc do you have to have to get commissioned?

im currently a senior at st johns military school in salina ks and applied to OU the only thing is i dont think ill get in but NSU another school i applied to is more on my test lvl and stuff but is it possible to attend NSU my first year take there rotc programand than transfer to OU and finish NROTC there and get commissioned i dont have a scholarship so there is no obligation yet So my question is can i transfer from an AROTC to NROTC so are you telling me i can go in as a sophmore and just do three years? of NROTC my question is will my arotc transfer over to my nrotc...
