KS smoking ban passes (The Topeka Capital-Journal)

The Kansas House on Thursday effectively threw up no smoking signs throughout the state. In concurring with a smoking ban approved last year by the Senate, the House set in motion the Kansas Indoor Clean Air Act, which will eliminate smoking in public places and any workplace, from taxicabs to bars.
